A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN ADDENDUM TO
THE HOPPER ROAD DESIGN CONTRACT,
WITH BOWEN ENGINEERING AND
SURVEYING
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City Manager, for and on behalf of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby authorized to execute an
Addendum to the Hopper Road Design Contract, with Bowen
Engineering and Surveying. A copy of said Addendum is attached
to this Resolution and made a part hereof.

The cost of additional work on the Hopper Road Design Contract, is not to exceed
$1,300.00. This addendum provides for the following: modification of the Phase 2B plans
to exclude all construction west of Hopper Road Station 5+50, revision of construction
quantities and production of plans and specifications for bidding purposes.
Acknowledgment by signing this addendum will serve as authorization to complete the
plans. All provisions of the original contract remain in effect. If there are any questions,
please call.
