A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN ADDENDUM TO A
CONTRACT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
WITH BOWEN ENGINEERING & SURVEYING,
INC., FOR THE HOPPER ROAD, MT.
AUBURN ROAD WEST TO KAGE ROAD
PROJECT, TTF PROJECT NUMBER 6
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City Manager, for and on behalf of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby authorized to execute an
Addendum to a Contract for Engineering Services with Bowen
Engineering and Surveying, Inc., dated December 4, 1995, for the
design and engineering services on the Hopper Road, Mt. Auburn
Road West to Kage Road Project, TTF Project Number 6. A copy of
said Addendum is attached to this Resolution and made a part
hereof.

RE: ADDENDUM to Hopper Road Design Contract
Dear Mark:
The estimated cost of additional work on the Hopper Road Design Contract, including
the design of the Vantage Drive intersection and various right of way changes is
$16,900.00. This addendum provides for changing construction easements, a
driveway, and other minor right of way changes. Acknowledgment by signing this
addendum will serve as authorization to complete the plans. All provisions of the
original contract remain in effect. If there are any questions, please call.
