The meeting was called to order by Paul Miles. '1'he minutes of the 1_ast
meeting were approved as read.
Woody Woodfin will try by ttie next Board '�9eeting �-o have a complete study
of the minimum standards to determime the feasibility of enforcing flight
instruction by the fixed based opeiator only. ie the elimina�;ion of flight
instruction other than i;hat performed by a fixed based operator. Nlr.
Woodfin indicated that a comprehensive study will be made and a complete
written opinion will be ��i•eserlt:cd hy t}�e s�aff for final actiun by {}��
