AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE EXPENDITURE OF
DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY PROGRAM GRANT
FUNDS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30,
2022, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, hereby appropriates expenditures related to the SHSP
Grant for:
Equipment (Fire Department) - Ten Thousand Four Hundred
Twenty-Five Dollars ($10, 425 . 00) to pay for satellite and media
services for communications vehicle.
Equipment (Fire Department) - Forty-Five Thousand Four
Hundred Sixty-Six Dollars ($45, 466. 00) to pay for structural
collapse rescue equipment .
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
