AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
"WEST END - INDEPENDENCE - PARK SUBDIVISION"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of "West End - Independence -
Park Subdivision", being all of Lots 1 thru 5 in Block 5 of West
End Place Second Addition to the City of Cape Girardeau, Cape
Girardeau County, Missouri per plat recorded in Plat Book- 2,
Page 13 in the Cape Girardeau County, Missouri land records, all
that part of a vacated alley lying adjacent to said lots and
vacated by City Ordinance No. 716, part of the vacated portion
of West End Boulevard lying adjacent to said Lots 2, . 3 & 5
vacated by City Ordinance No. 797 in said land records in the
City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri and the North Half
of an abandoned railroad right-of-way between West End Boulevard
and Park Avenue, submitted by P & J Marketing, L.L.C. , bearing
the certification of Michael D. Zahner, a Registered Land
Surveyor, dated the 31st day of March, 2022, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
