AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE EXPENDITURE OF
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY GRANT FUNDS FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2022, IN THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, hereby appropriates expenditures related to the
Department of Public Safety Grant for:
Equipment (Fire Department) - Fourteen Thousand Two Hundred
Thirty-Five Dollars ($14, 235 . 00) to pay for approved grant
expenditures related to the Department of Public Safety Grant.
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
