AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE EXPENDITURE OF
PUBLIC SAFETY AND CVB FUNDS FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2022, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, hereby appropriates expenditures from the Public Safety
Trust Fund and Convention and Visitors Bureau Funds for:
Principal - Special Obligation Bonds (Public Safety Trust
Fund) - Three Hundred Thirteen Thousand Two Hundred Dollars
($313, 200 . 00) to pay-in-full portion of Series 2015A Bonds .
Principal - Special Obligation Bonds (Convention and Visitors
Bureau Fund) - Three Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Three Hundred
Dollars ($339, 300 . 00) to pay-in-full portion of Series 2015A Bonds.
ARTICLE 2 . This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
