AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE AMENDED FINAL
DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE CENTURY CASINO
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, LOCATED AT
777 NORTH MAIN STREET, IN THE CITY AND
COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
WHEREAS, IOC - Cape Girardeau LLC submitted on December 15,
2021 an application to amend the final development plan for the
Century Casino Planned Development District, located at 777
North Main Street, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission has
recommended approval of the request to amend said final
development plan; and
WHEREAS, Public Notice of such change was given as
prescribed in Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and a public hearing was held on
Monday, February 7, 2022; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, has elected to approve said amended final development
plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The amended final development plan for the
Century Casino Planned Development District, at the request of
IOC - Cape Girardeau LLC, is hereby approved by the City
Council. A copy of said amended final development plan is on
file in the office of the City Clerk and is incorporated herein
by reference.
ARTICLE 2 . This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
