AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
FRANKLIN SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Franklin Subdivision, being
all of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 of Block 3 of A Resubdivision of
Schlueter' s Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 4 at Page 30 in
the land records of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, in the City
and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by Wanda A.
Pipkin, bearing the certification of Travis J. Steffens, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated the 10th day of January, 2022,
is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
