QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS QUIT CLAIM DEED is made this day of

between the CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, a Municipal Corporation of the State
of Missouri (the "Grantor"), and OFF THE RESERVATION, LLC, a Missouri Limited Liability
Company, 429 North Broadview Street, Cape Girardeau, Missouri 63701, with its principal
office in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri (the "Grantee").
WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, to it paid by the Grantee, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents, Remise, Release and forever Quit Claim, unto
the Grantee, the following described Lots, Tracts or Parcels of land, lying and being situate in the
City and County of Cape Girardeau and State of Missouri, to -wit:
A Permanent Sanitary Sewer Easement recorded in Document Number 2016-
06082 in the land records of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, as described as
follows:
THAT PART OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 31 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST OF
THE FIFTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MISSOURI, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
Begin at the Northwest comer of Lot 45 of Walden Park Phase 3, a subdivision on
file in the Land Records of Cape Girardeau County in Document Number 2013-
09267; thence South 88'36'35 West, 51.08 feet; thence North 75'49'14" West,
198.45 feet; thence North 50'14'55" West, 381.19 feet; thence North 39'45'05"
East, 20.00 feet; thence South 50'14'55" East, 376.65 feet; thence South
75'49'14" East, 265.69 feet; thence South 88'36'35" West, 23.43 feet to the point
of beginning and containing 12,220 square feet, more or less.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with all the rights, immunities, privileges and
appurtenances thereto belonging, unto the Grantee, and its successors and assigns, FOREVER,
so that neither the Grantor, nor its successors and assigns, nor any other person or persons for it
or in its name or behalf, shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title to the aforesaid
premises or any part thereof, but they and every one of them shall, by these presents, be excluded
and forever barred.
