AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
WOOD AND HUSTON, PLAT NO. 1
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Wood and Huston, Plat No. 1,
being all of Lot 14 of Independence West First Commercial
Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 13 at Page 18 in the land
records of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, and all of Lot 15 of
A Resubdivision of Parts of Independence West First and Second
Commercial Subdivisions as recorded in Plat Book 14 at Page 55
of said land records, all located in Section 1, Township 30
North, Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the
City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted
by Wood and Huston Bank, a Missouri Corporation, bearing the
certification of David Thomas Butcher, a Registered Land
Surveyor, dated the 23rd day of September, 2021, is hereby
approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
