AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE EXPENDITURE OF
TRANSPORTATION TRUST FUND 6 FUNDS FOR CAPITAL
EXPENDITURES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE
30, 2022, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, hereby appropriates from the unappropriated balance of
the Transportation Trust Fund 6 for expenditure during the fiscal
year June 30, 2022, for payment of capital improvements, in the
following amount:
Streets (TTF 6) - One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars
($1, 800, 000) to cover street repair.
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
