AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE EXPENDITURE OF
AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN FUNDS RELATED TO PUBLIC
SAFETY PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2022, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, hereby appropriates expenditures related to the General
Fund for:
Other Professional Services (Fire Department) - Three Thousand
Two Hundred Dollars ($3, 200. 00) to provide professional counseling
for the City of Cape Girardeau Fire Department.
Other Professional Services (Police Department) - Six Thousand
One Hundred Dollars ($6, 100. 00) to provide professional counseling
for the City of Cape Girardeau Police Department.
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
