L MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
Mr. Bothell made a motion to approve the lunules uI the March 9, 1999 mectine. Mr. Sewing seconded the
motion. The motion passed by unanimous vote.
II. OLD BUSINESS
A. Monthly Activity Report - Mr. Loy reported the PnnaI Gamble enplanemcnt figures were not yet available
for March. He noted that traffic was up I?9; ova the .:one lime period last year. The restaurant may he helping
in this regard since some comments have hent received Ir�mt pilots who have flow it in to eat at the restaurant.
B. Zenair Update - Mr. Loy reported the City hits rvcc,\td prelimin:uy apprnvad for the $600,000 grant. These
funds will be used for sewer and water lines. It is capccled than a lease agreement will appear on the April 19,
1999 City Council agenda. Assuming the grant ri final approval. Zcnair is expected to start moving in
later in April.
C. Air Festival update - Mr. Loy stated plans Gu the ;\o I enroal ore progressing. We are not sure how the war
in Kosovo will affect the show. The 6108th( covet ii will have will be in the pica of static displays. As Mr.
Seesing mentioned, if the crisis is aver and the results stere favorable for the ll S., participation will he good.
If the crisis is still going on or the results were not so glrod we play not hast any participation. Mr. Loy
informed the board al it very productive meeting ttnh Ill, arca recruiters w discuss ways they could help.
Another meeting to follow up on ideas is scheduled ill the nel,t couple of weeks

Airport Logo - Mr. Ley showed the ho;lyd a copy of ills nc\ anport lops which tuts developed by Christine

tenants.
IV. NON -AGENDA ITEMS
Mr. Loy reported the Public Works department is sun CutlN working on pompon 21 two hour parking signs to
help with the parking ululation. A suggestion was nrml, Irn v,meonc nI f1v Mr. McAllister to an airport on the
weekend so he call see what type of business could he eenermed by staying open yap the weekend.

This would help them track vends ;long with the v;dli�. count ;and fuel IL nc:a fees related to those traffic
trends.
