Mr. Uissaucr moved and Mr. Fuglcy seconded the moliou to approve the MaN 2010 minutes. 011e motion passed by unanimous vote. II. APPEARANCES The meeting began with the Board s+cicomine Scott Meyer. Mr. McN'cr gave the Board an Oren'iew of the fmnsportation Trust Fund -4 (I IF -4) tax that will he on the August 7. 2010 election hal lot. Mr. Eg,Icy asked if there is a contingence plan in place in the event a casino does come to Cape Girardeau. HE OLD BUSINESS A. .Airport Activity Report — Mr. Loy presented an Airport Usage Report for Mas and June '_IJ In. Activity s+a., good for both months. Mr. Dissaler slated that the airport needs to send out a press release in regards to increased actio i1N. hhe Board asked about the possibiliIN of ( pe Air adding a filth flight if the enplanements continue to increase. Mr. Lov stated that is a povsibilil) however ticket prices would most likely have to increase in order to cover the cost of the filth flight. Discussion Continued on the topic. B. Cape Aviation Report — Mr. Loy presented a Cape Aviation Fuel Report fur Ma} and June 2010. Fuel sales were steady for the month of MaN and were up cunsidcrably Ior June which can bee attributed to the 11110 Air Festival. Project Updates - 2010 Air Festival Update- Mr. Loy informed the Board that he gave a sunmtary of the 2010 Air Festival to the City Comtcil at 1111 JUIN ti. 2010 meeting. He reported that as of now, he is currenth showing a profit fur the air Ieslird. lie stated trucking costs hir the liiel trucks were a lot higher than anticipated. Mr. Loy also noted that attendance was affected b -N the heat. hhe onhnegative comments received so far have been regarding the traffic situation on Saturday. Mr. Loy also reported a couple Of incidents that happen with regards to a perfomrer courtesy car and the securiq gate at Cape Aviation. Discussion continued on the topic. IV. NEW BUSINESS V.
