AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
FERNDALE ANTHONY SOUTHWEST SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Ferndale Anthony Southwest
Subdivision, being all of Lets 29, 30, and 31 in Arbor Heights
Third Addition as recorded in Plat Book 22 at Page 77 in the
land records of Casae Girardeau County, Missouri, in the City and
County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by Aaron and
Cassie Panton, husband and wife, Doyle and Bonnie Privett,
husband and wife, and William R. Gay, II, a single person,
bearing the certification of Travis J. Steffens, a Registered
Land Surveyor, dated July 22, 2021, including all exceptions and
variances, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
