AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE EXPENDITURE OF
AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN FUNDS FOR. THE LORIMIER
STREET PROJECT, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING
JUNE 30, 2022, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, hereby appropriates the expenditure of American Rescue
Plan funds for the Lorimier Street Project, for the fiscal year
ending June 30, 2022, in the following amount:
($312,438.00) - Three Hundred. Twelve Thousand Four
Hundred Thirty --eight Dollars to cover payment for
additional work required for completion of the
Lorimier Street Project.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full farce and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
