Missouri, of the County of Cap:,Girardeau in the State of Missouri, GRANTOR, in consideration of
Ten Dollars ($10.00)and other valuable consideration,to it paid by SAINT FRANCIS FOUNDATION
REAL ESTATE,LLC,of the County of Cape Girardeau, in the State of Missouri, GRANTEE, (mailing
address of said grantee is: 211 Saint Francis Drive, Cape Girardeau, MO), the receipt and sufficiency is
hereby acknowledged, and by virtue and pursuant to an ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, does by these presents, SELL AND CONVEY unto
the Grantee, its successors and assigns,the following described lots, tracts or parcels of land, lying, being
and situate in the City and County of Cape Girardeau and State of Missouri,to-wit:

All that part of Out Lot Forty-Five (45) in Survey No. 2199 in the City and County of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, more particularly described as follows, to wit: Measuring
from the Southwest corner of Out Lot 45 marked by a stone, along the West line of said
Out Lot 45, North 8 degrees 30' East, 186 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South
81 degrees 30' East, 458 feet to the West line of the right-of-way of the West End Sewer;
thence North 31 degrees 20' East with the right-of-way of the West End Sewer, 156.6
feet to a corner; thence North 81 degrees 30' West, 506.9 feet to a corner;thence South 8
degrees 30' West, 150.6 feet to the Place of Beginning, containing 1.672 acres, more or
less; being the same as recorded in the General Warranty Deed at Document Number

thence in a general Easterly direction parallel to the North line of Out Lot No. 45, 30 feet
