NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: ARTICLE 1. The City Council hereby finds that it is in the public interest that this sanitary sewer and utility easement be vacated. ARTICLE 2. The City's interest in the sanitary sewer and utility easement located in the following described real estate: 2430 Golden Street, Parcel # 20.312.00.05.01400.0000 THAT PART OF LOT 2 OF DKR 10TH SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, AT PAGE 41 IN THE LAND RECORDS OF CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY, MISSOURI, IN THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MISSOURI DESCRIBED BY THE FOLLOWING METES AND BOUNDS: COMMENCE at a 5/8" Iron Rod at the Southwest Corner of Lot 1 of DKR 6th Subdivision, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 20, at Page 26, of the Land Records of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri; thence N 660 35' 02" W, 15.00 feet to a point. Said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing N 660 35' 02" W, 186.39 feet; then N 100 20' 40" E, 15.00 feet; then S 660 35' 02" E, 186.39 feet; thence S 100 38' 47" W, 15.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 2718.84 square feet more or less. is hereby vacated.
