AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING TEMPORARY
CONSTRUCTION EASEMENTS FROM VARIOUS PROPERTY
OWNERS FOR THE WEST END BOULEVARD PROJECT,
FROM ROSE STREET TO BERTLING STREET, IN THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts, and agrees to accept Temporary Construction Easements
from various property owners, conveying to the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, for the West End Boulevard Project, from
Rose Street to Bertling Street, in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, Temporary Construction Easements described as follows :

All the grantor' s land lying in part of Lot 4, Block 1,
Monticello Addition as recorded in Plat Book 2 at Page 60 of the
land records of the County Recorder' s Office, City and County of

The west 25 . 00 feet of Lot 4, Block 1, containing 2, 145 square
feet more or less .
The above described parcel contains 2, 145 sq. ft. , more or less,
of temporary easement for construction
