AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
D & K STOCK SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of D & K Stock Subdivision,
being part of Lots No. 6 and No. 10, and all of Lot No. 7,
Woodcrest Hills as recorded in Plat Book No. 10 at Page No. 16
in the land records of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, in the
City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted
by Dennis Robert Stockard Revocable Trust U/A/D November 10,
2000, bearing the certification of R. Christopher Bowen, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated the 9th day of June, 2021, is
hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
