AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR CAPITAL
EXPENDITURES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE
30, 2021, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, hereby appropriates from the unappropriated balance of
the Casino Revenue Fund for expenditure during the fiscal year
ending June 30, 2021, monies for payment of capital improvements in
the following amount :
Other Professional Fees - Not to Exceed Fifty-Two
Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($52, 800 . 00) , to cover
paint removal and re-painting on the river side for the
Flood Wall Mural Project, with the amount being reduced
by any grant monies awarded or other funding received
prior to completion of the mural.
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and appr val .
