AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
COYOTE CREEK THIRD SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Coyote Creek Third
Subdivision, being a resubdivision of Lots 6, 7, and 8 of Coyote
Creek Estates as recorded in Plat Book No. 23 at Page No. 7, in
the City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri,
submitted by The James R. Huck Revocable Trust dated March 10,
2011, The Bettie J. Huck Revocable Trust dated March 10, 2011,
Charity Jacobs, a single person, as joint tenants with right of
survivorship, and Randy Jennings Jr. , a single person, as joint
tenants with right of survivorship, bearing the certification of
R. Christopher Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated the 21st
day of April, 2021, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
