AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
BALLENTINE HILLS SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Ballentine Hills Subdivision,
being all of Tract 1 of Improved Meadow of Whispering Oaks
Consolidation Plat as recorded in Document Number 2021-03455 in
the land records of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, in the City
and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by
Cody W. Bell and Maria N. Bell, husband and wife, bearing the
certification of Travis J. Steffens, a Registered Land Surveyor,
dated the 23rd day of April, 2021, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
