AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
ROBERTS' SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Roberts' Subdivision, being
all of Lot Numbered Fourteen (14) of Stonebridge Subdivision
Phase 1 as recorded in Plat Book #16, at Page #97 of the land
records of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, in the City and
County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by Darel
E . Roberts and Betty R. Roberts, bearing the certification of
Scott A. Richards, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated the 25th
day of February, 2021, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
