AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
THE HIGHLANDS AT HOPPER CROSSING - PHASE 3
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of The Highlands at Hopper
Crossing - Phase 3, being that part of Lot 3A of Crossing at
Hopper Road as recorded in Document No. 2018-01459, and that
part of Hunze' s Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 5 at Page
52, all in the land records of Cape Girardeau Country, Missouri,
Township 31 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri,
submitted by SEMO Development, LLC, bearing the certification of
Christopher L. Koehler, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated the
24th day of March, 2021, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval. '� J
