AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
CYPRESS GROVE SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Cypress Grove Subdivision,
being part of Lot numbered Two (2) of Rodney 400-Arpen tract in
U. S . P. Survey #2199, Township 30 North, Range 13 East of the
Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City of Cape Girardeau, County
of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by Jeremy
Pincosy and Joanna Pincosy, bearing the certification of Scott
A. Richards, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated the 20th day of
January, 2021, including all exceptions and variances, is hereby
approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
