AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE Fid OF
SECTION 25-137 OF THE CITY CODE, BY
REPEALING VARIOUS TRUCK ROUTES, IN THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Those portions of Schedule W of Section 26-137 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
which established the fallowing truck routes;
Independence Street - from Main Street to Broadview
Street
Broadview Street -- from Independence Street to Maria
Louise Lane.
Maria Louise Lane - from Broadview Street to
Kingshighway
ARTICLE 2. It is the intention of the governing body and it
is hereby ordained that the provisions of this ordinance shall
become and be made a part of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and the sections of this Code may
be renumbered to accomplish such intention.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after ten days after its final passage and approval.
