AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
CAPE WEST 17TH SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Cape West 17th Subdivision,
being all of Lot 6 of Cape West Seventh Subdivision as recorded
in Plat Book 18 at Page 65 in the land records of Cape Girardeau
County, Missouri, excepting that part within Lambert Drive as
set out in the Right of Way Dedication Plat of Cape West Seventh
Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 18 at Page 90 in said land
records, and including that part of Siemers Drive vacated by
said Right of Way Dedication Plat of Cape West Seventh
Subdivision, excepting that part as recorded in Deed Book 1135
at Page 382 in said land records, being all within Lot 1 of
Commissioners Plat of a Subdivision of United States Private
Survey Number 3090, Township 30 North, Range 13 East of the
Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by Drury Development
Corporation, bearing the certification of Christopher L.
Koehler, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated the 17th day of
December, 2020, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
