AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
PRAIRIE FARMS SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Prairie Farms Subdivision,
being part of United States Private Survey Number 3090, Township
30 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the
City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted
by Charles L. Drury Revocable Trust Dated March 6, 1989, bearing
the certification of Christopher L. Koehler, a Registered Land
Surveyor, dated the 28th day of October, 2020, is hereby
approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
