THIS INDENTURE, Made and entered into this _1 day of
2020, by and between the CITE' OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, a Municipa�tion, 401
Independence Street, Cape Girardeau, Missouri 63703, organized and existing under the laws of
the State of Missouri with its principal office in the County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri,
party of the First Part, and TODD GLOEDE, of the County of Cape Girardeau, State of
Missouri, parties of the Second Part.
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the First Part in consideration of the sum of One
Dollar ($1.00) paid by the said parties of the Second Part, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, do by these presents, remise, release and forever Quit Claim, unto said parties of
the Second Part, all of its right, title and interest in the following described Lots, Tracts or
Parcels of land, lying, being and situate in the County of Cape Girardeau and State of Missouri,
to -wit:
Part of Lot 09 of Laurel Grove Subdivision as shown in Plat Book 23, Page 78 in
the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri containing 61.5 square feet
(more or less), described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot 09 (1/2' iron rod); thence N
00°52'20" W along the West line of said Lot 09, 20.82 feet to a point in the North
line of a 15.0' sanitary sewer easement; thence N 89°04'25" E along the North
line of said easement, 21.20 feet for the POINT OF BEGINNING thence
continuing N 89°04'25" E along the North line of said easement, 30.76 feet;
thence S 00°52'20" E, 2.00 feet; thence S 89°04'25" W, 30.76 feet; thence N
00°52'20" W, 2.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
SUBJECT TO ALL EASEMENTS, RIGHTS OF WAY, RESTRICTIONS AND
LICENSE AFFECTING SAME, EITHER WRITTEN OR IMPLIED.
Except that Grantor hereby reserves to itself, its contractors, agents, servants or assigns
and all public utility companies franchised by the Grantor, the right to construct, maintain or
reconstruct public utility facilities and their appurtenances over, under or across the land herein
conveyed; and further, except that the Grantor hereby reserves to itself, its contractors, agents,
servants or assigns, the right of ingress and egress across the land herein conveyed. Grantees, by
acceptance of this conveyance, covenant and agree for themselves, their successors and assigns,
to permit the Grantor, its contractors, agents, servants or assigns and all public utility companies
franchised by the Grantor to use the property for the purposes referred to hereinabove.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with all the rights, immunities, privileges and
appurtenances thereto belonging, unto the said parties of the Second Part, and their heirs and
assigns, FOREVER, so that neither the said party of the First part, nor its successors or assigns,
or any other person or persons for it or in its name or behalf, shall or will hereafter claim or
demand any right or title to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof, but it and every one
claiming by it shall, by these presents, be excluded and forever barred.

written.
