AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
WALDEN PARK PHASE 5
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS
ARTICLE 1 The record plat of Walden Park Phase 5, being
all of the vacated Sandy Pond Alley and Kickball Alley Rights of
Way, all of Lots B and H of Walden Park Phase 2 - Amended as
recorded in Plat Book 24 at Page 100 of the County Land Records,
that part of U S P S 3314, and that part of Section 23,
Township 31 North, Range 13 East, in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by RiverWest Partners,
L C , bearing the certification of Christopher L Koehler, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated the 21St day of October, 2020, is
hereby approved
ARTICLE 2 The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
ARTICLE 3 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval
