AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
RALLY' S SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Rally' s Subdivision, being
all of lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18 in
Block 4 of Marble City Heights Addition, and all of the vacated
portion of the alley abutting said lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 14, 15,
16, 17, and 18, and all of the west half of the vacated portion
of the alley abutting said lots 12 and 13, and all of the
vacated portion of Ruby Street abutting said lots 1 and 18, all
as recorded in Plat Book 2 at Page 36 of the land records of
Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, and part of lot 1 of Show Me
Center Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 18 at Page 58 of the
land records of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, all in the City
and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by
JJP Investments, LLC, a Missouri Limited Liability Company,
bearing the certification of Travis J. Steffens, a Registered
Land Surveyor, dated the 6th day of October, 2020, is hereby
approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
