AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
COURT 1 SUBDIVISION, PLAT NO. 2 •
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Court 1 Subdivision, Plat No.
2, being a resubdivision of part of Lots 1 and 2 of Popp' s
Subdivision as recorded in Survey Book 8 at Page 158 in the land
records of Cape Girardeau Country, Missouri, located in U.S.
.Private Survey No . 2199, Township 30 North, Range 13 East of the
Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by Orscheln Properties
Co . L.L.C. , bearing the certification of David W. Borden, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated the 4th day of September, 2020,
including all exceptions and variances, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
- the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten •days after its passage and ap royal.
