AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
ST . JUDE' S SECOND SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of St . Jude' s Second
Subdivision, being all of lot No . 3, St . Jude' s First
Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book No . 21 at Page No. 62 of
the land records of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, City and
County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by St.
Jude Development, L. L.C. , bearing the certification of R.
Christopher Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated the 12th
day of August, 2020, including all variances and exceptions, is
hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
