AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
EVANS CASTLE ROCK SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Evans Castle Rock
Subdivision, being all of lots numbered One Hundred Seventy-
eight (178 ) and Seventy-nine "A" (79A) of The Meadows of
Whispering Oaks-Amended located in Plat Book #23, at Page #62,
City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted
by Floyd 0. Evans and Deborah G. Evans, husband and wife,
bearing the certification of Scott A. Richards, a Registered
Land Surveyor, dated the 27th day of May, 2020, is hereby
approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
