AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
DEWITT SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of DeWitt Subdivision, being all
of Lots C2 and C4 of the Highlands at Dalhousie as recorded in
Plat Book 22, Page 34 and Plat Book 15, Page 572 of the land
records of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, being part of
U. S . P. S . 3139, Township 30 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth
Principal Meridian, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau,
State of Missouri, submitted by Brandon Anthony DeWitt and
Cathleen Rose DeWitt, husband and wife, and the Mary Jane Eftink
Voluntary Trust 1996, bearing the certification of Travis J.
Steffens, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated the 29th day of May,
2020, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 6th DAY OF July, 2020 .
