AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
ROCK GARDENS SECOND SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Rock Gardens Second
Subdivision, being all of Lots 1 & 2 of Rock Gardens
Subdivision, as shown by plat thereof recorded in Document No.
2017-02114 in the land records of Cape Girardeau County,
Missouri, being part of fractional Section 3, in Township 31
North, Range 13 East, of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the
City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted
by Margaret Sharon Meyr Voluntary Trust, bearing the
certification of Christopher L. Koehler, a Registered Land
Surveyor, dated the 7th day of April, 2020, including all
variances and exceptions, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 4th DAY OF May , 2020 .
