AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
THE RIALTO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of The Rialto, being that part
of Lot Seventeen (17) and all of Lot Eighteen (18) in Block "V",
Range "E" in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of
Missouri, submitted by Rust Communications, Inc. , bearing the
certification of Christopher L. Koehler, a Registered Land
Surveyor, dated the 10th day of April, 2020, including all
variances and exceptions, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 4th DAY OF May , 2020 .
