AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
SPEARS' THIRD SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Spears' Third Subdivision,
being all of that part of out lot #78-8. in U.S.P. Survey #2199,
Township 31 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian
and being the same parcel of land described in Document #2007-
17179 of the land records of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri,
submitted by Ronald A. Spears and Trudy C. Spears, bearing the
certification of Scott A. Richards, a Registered Land Surveyor,
dated the 13t` day of January, 2020, including all variances and
exceptions, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
