AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
AUBURN PARK PLACE ONE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Auburn Park Place One, being
a part of Out Lot No. 89, United States Private Survey No. 2199,
T 30 N, R 13 E, of the Fifth Principal Meridian, City and County
of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by HAD
INVESTMENTS, INC., and RAD Properties, LLC, bearing the
certification of R. Christopher Bowen, a Registered Land
Surveyor, dated the 20th day of December, 2019, including all
exceptions and variances, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE. 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
