AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE F OF
SECTION 26-247 OF THE CITY CODE, BY
ESTABLISHING NO PARKING ANYTIME ALONG A
PORTION OF CLARK AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . Schedule F of Section 26-247 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing no parking anytime at the following
location:
Clark Avenue - East Side, 100 feet South from Broadway
ARTICLE 2 . It is the intention of the governing body and it
is hereby ordained that the provisions of this ordinance shall
become and be made a part of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and the sections of this Code may
be renumbered to accomplish such intention.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after ten days after its finalpassageand approval .
