AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
COLLINS MILL SUBDIVISION - PHASE 2
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Collins Mill Subdivision -
Phase 2, a subdivision being that part of the NW of Section
35, Township 31 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of
Missouri, submitted by Collins Mill Development Group, LLC,
bearing the certification of Travis J. Steffens, a Registered
Land Surveyor, dated February 6, 2017, including any exceptions
and variances contained therein, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
