AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TRAFFIC SCHEDULE P
OF SECTION 26-248 OF THE CITY CODE BY
REPEALING LIMITED PARKING ALONG A
PORTION OF WHITELAW AVENUE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Those portions of Schedule P of Section 26-248 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
which established the following limited parking:
1 . Whitelaw Avenue, east and west sides, beginning at
the intersection of Broadway and Whitelaw Avenue and
continuing north for a distance of 203 feet, from 6 : 00
p.m. to 6 : 00 a.m.
are hereby repealed.
ARTICLE 2 . It is the intention of the governing body and it
is hereby ordained that the provisions of this ordinance shall
become and be made a part of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and the sections of this Code may
be renumbered to accomplish such intention.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after ten days after its final passage and approval .
