The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby accepts, and agrees to accept, a General Warranty Deed from Harold and Alice Bowman for property located at 402 First Street, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, described as follows: LOT 6, BLK 10, ROBERTSON-GALE ADD, CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, PARCEL #16-716-00-24-00200, MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN BOOK 400, PAGE 406 IN THE RECORDER' S OFFICE OF CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY, MISSOURI ARTICLE 2 .
