AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED TO SHO-ME TECHNOLOGIES, L. L.C. ,
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1429 KURRE LANE, IN THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT . ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The Mayor, for and on behalf of the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby authorized to execute a

located at 1429 Kurre Lane, in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
PART OF FRACTIONAL , SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 31 NORTH,
RANGE 13 EAST, AND PART OF OUTLOT NO. 78A, U. S.
PRIVATE SURVEY NO. 2199, TOWNSHIP 31 NORTH, RANGE 13
EAST, CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF
MISSOURI, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
Start at the intersection of the West line of said
' Outlot No. 78A and the North line of U. S . Highway- No.
61; thence North 5°0' East, with said West line, 271 . 3
feet; thence South 73°0' East, 434 . 0 feet to a stone;
thence North, on the line dividing Fractional Sections
25 and 26, and said line extended, 123. 4 feet to the
Point of Beginning; thence , South 80°51'- East, 172 . 9
feet to the West line of Kurre Lane; thence North
30°49' East, with said West line, 48 . 4 feet to the
Point of Curve of a 21°48' curve to the left; thence.: -
Northerly with said West line and said 21°48' curve to
the left, 36. 47 feet to the Point of Tangent of said
curve; thence North 22°52' East, with said West line,
0. 25 feet; thence North 80°51' West, 21-4 . 7 feet to the
line dividing Fractional Sections 25 and 26; thence
South, with said dividing line, 81 . 03 feet to the
Point of Beginning.
In addition, the City Manager is authorized to execute all
accompanying documents .

ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days -after its passage and approval .

SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That on this_day of
2018, THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, a Municipal Corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the State of Missouri, of the County of Cape Girardeau in the
State of Missouri, GRANTOR, in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, to it paid by SHO-ME TECHNOLOGIES, L.L.C., a Missouri Limited Liability
Company, GRANTEE, does by these presents, SELL AND CONVEY unto the Grantee, its
successors and assigns, the following described parcel of land, lying, being and situate in the
City and County of Cape Girardeau and State of Missouri, to-wit:
PART OF FRACTIONAL SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 31 NORTH, RANGE 13
EAST, AND PART OF OUTLOT NO. 78A, U.S. PRIVATE SURVEY NO.

thence South 73°0' East, 434.0 feet to a stone; thence North, on the line dividing
Fractional Sections 25 and 26, and said line extended, 123.4 feet to the Point of
Beginning; thence South 80°51' East, 172.9 feet to the West line of Kurre Lane;
thence North 30°49' East, with said West line, 48.4 feet to the Point of Curve of a
21°48' curve to the left; thence Northerly with said West line and said 21°48'
curve to the left, 36.47 feet to the Point of Tangent of said curve; thence North

immunities thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining unto the said Grantee, and unto its
successors and assigns, FOREVER, the said Grantor hereby covenanting that the above
described premises are free and clear of all encumbrances done or suffered by the Grantor, and
that it will Warrant and Defend the title to the said premises unto the Grantee and Grantee's
successors and assigns, FOREVER, against the lawful claims of all persons claiming through the
Grantor.
