L.C. , FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1429 KURRE LANE, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI BE IT . ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: ARTICLE 1 . The Mayor, for and on behalf of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby authorized to execute a - -- ' Special Warranty Deed to Sho-Me Technologies, for property located at 1429 Kurre Lane, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, more particularly described as follows: PART OF FRACTIONAL , SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 31 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST, AND PART OF OUTLOT NO. 78A, U.
