AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
HOOVER SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Hoover Subdivision, being all
of Lots 4 and 5 of Normal Avenue Place in Out Lot 4 in U.S. P. S.
2199, Township 31 North, Range 14 East of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of
Missouri, submitted by The Hoover Revocable Trust of September
30, 2010, bearing the certification of Matthew D. DeJournett, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated December 1, 2017, is hereby
approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and ap royal .
