AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
CROSSING AT HOPPER ROAD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of the Crossing at Hopper Road,
being that part of Lot 1 of Iris' s First Subdivision and all
that part of the east half of the northwest quarter and part of
the northeast fractional quarter of Section 35, Township 31
north, Range 13 East, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau,
State of Missouri, submitted by Jay 0. Hunze and Wilma D. Hunze;
James P. Hunze, and Barbara D. Brown and Robert J. Brown, and
the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, bearing the certification
of R. Christopher Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated
January 9, 2018, including all variances contained therein, is
hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage /1()
