AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
SHADOW WOOD VILLAS PHASE I TOWNHOMES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE _
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Shadow Wood Villas Phase I
Townhomes, being all of Lots 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6 of Shadow Wood
Villas, a Subdivision on file in the Land Records of Cape
Girardeau County in Document Number 2016-09611, City and County
of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, said Lots 1, 2, 4, and 5
also being Lots 01, 02, 04, and 05 of the Plat of Shadow Wood
Villas Townhouses Phase O1A and recorded as Document Number
2017-02348 in said Land Records, submitted by GMA Development,
LLC, bearing the certification of - Christopher L. Koehler, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated December 13, 2017, including all
variances and exceptions, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
