The record plat of Cape West 16th Subdivision, being a part of United States Private Survey 175, Township 30 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian, City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by DSW Development Corporation and Drury Southwest, Inc. , bearing the certification of R. Christopher Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated December 5, 2017, including all variances and exceptions, is hereby approved. ARTICLE 2 .
